Q: What happens when I purchase a course?
A: You will receive 2 emails. The first will be a receipt for your purchase. The second will provide you the username and the password in order to LogIn from the EssentialSkillsPRO site (Please check your SPAM folder if you do not see the 2 emails right after your purchase.)
Q: How long will I have to complete a course?
A: The default time frame to complete a single course is 30 days or 1 month. Please email support@essentialskillspro.com if you need a longer time frame.
Q: Can I purchase more than 1 course at a time?
A: You can purchase as many courses as you wish at any time.
Q: It has been a few months since I last purchased and/or completed a course. Can I purchase new courses to begin?
A: Returning students can always purchase additional courses. If the same email address is utilized, you can access your latest purchase with your last login username & password. If a new or updated email address is utilized, new provisioning will be issued to access the latest course.
Q: Are the courses graded?
A: No. You can go back through the information as many times as you wish. Each user will receive a Certificate of Completion when the course is completed.
Q: Can I skip ahead inside of a course?
A: No. The courses are designed to be viewed/completed as laid out.
Q: Can I get technical assistance?
A: Yes! Please email support@essentialskillspro.com with any questions you have about your course(s).
Q: I chose the wrong course or just changed my mind. Can I get a refund?
A: Please email support@essentialskillspro.com. EssentialSkillsPRO.com will offer a money-back refund on any purchase within 10 days of your purchase. If 10 days have passed since purchase, EssentialSkillsPRO Support will offer a ‘replacement’ course if there is a better fit. We don’t want you to leave empty-handed! If you should have ANY concerns, please reach out to us and let us assist you.

Q: Can users be ‘bulk provisioned’?
A: Yes! An EssentialSkillsPRO Account Manager will provide all details needed to import any list of users needing provisioning. Please email support@essentialskillspro.com with any questions you have about your users.
Q: Can the library be customized?
A: Yes! Please email support@essentialskillspro.com with any questions you have about your course(s).
Q: Can the LMS and/or course library be custom-branded?
A: Yes! An EssentialSkillsPRO Account Manager will assist with the details needed to apply your brand to the LMS and/or course library.
Q: Is there an option for a refund?
A: Please email support@essentialskillspro.com. EssentialSkillsPRO.com will offer a money-back refund on any purchase but only BEFORE any provisioned user begins any coursework. If you should have ANY concerns, please reach out to us and let us assist you.
